By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by 43phdream (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the User," "you," or "Player") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 43phdream. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

To access the full range of services offered by 43phdream, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on the 43phdream platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 43phdream will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• KYC Verification: 43phdream may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features. This may include submission of a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Ownership: Your 43phdream account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

All financial transactions on the 43phdream platform are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 43phdream accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and select cryptocurrency wallets. Accepted methods may be updated from time to time at our discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Minimum amounts for specific payment methods may vary and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing: Verified accounts requesting withdrawals via GCash or PayMaya can expect processing within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

• Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your 43phdream account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. 43phdream complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

43phdream offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion. Unused bonuses will expire automatically at the end of the validity period and cannot be reinstated.

• RNG Certification: All applicable games on 43phdream use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories.
• Return to Player (RTP): The theoretical Return to Player percentage for each game is available within the game information panel. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 43phdream platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorized tools to interact with the platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from 43phdream.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or content on the platform.
• Use any content from the platform for commercial purposes or in connection with any other website or service.

The 43phdream name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 43phdream. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 43phdream, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activities on the platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service thereon.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the platform.

43phdream's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

43phdream is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. • Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.

• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your financial institution.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to an active investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the 43phdream platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

For disputes relating to specific game outcomes or transaction processing, you must first submit a formal complaint to our support team. We will investigate and respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
